This is an old photo of Vladimir Putin.  He looks exactly like an acquaintance of mine I used to pall around with going to bars and clubs.  One night we were out, met two girls, danced with them for awhile, and I took the grenade so that this ^^^^ guy could get laid. I had to peel the grenade away from her friend so that Vlad could take her home.  That meant I had to drive the grenade back to her truck (yes, she had a little red truck).  From the time we parted ways, all the grenade could talk about is "how I better not rape her".  I was a perfect gentleman - just wanted to get her back safely to her ride and go home. 

When I pull up next to her truck, she goes "well, that's it?"
I said "yes, I told you that I would make sure you got back safely to your truck"
The grenade, disappointed, said "you know your friend is going to **** my friend".
I said "they're adults, and Vlad won't do anything to your friend to hurt her - you don't need to worry about him".
She said :"I just thought you were going to try something on me, are you?"
"No."
"Well, here's my number you can call me if you want to".
"Ok, I'll make sure you get in your truck ok, then I'm going to go.....Ok?

Anyway, I haven't thought about this for years.  But, then I came across this photo of Vlad.  For F-'s sake, if he didn't look EXACTLY like my buddy I took the grenade for. Well, I didn't pull the pin, because I thought for sure she would yell RAPE RAPE RAPE RAPE!!!

There are a lot of people who look like him.
I could enter a room full of 100 people...99 from the USA and just 1 from Russia and pick out the lone Russian with just 1 guess after just a couple of minutes worth of study.

Here we have a young Putin looking like the child actor  in the "Home Alone" movie ......

Spot on..  They don't realize they fire the folks guarding the nuclear stockpile, but somebody who looks funny takes a shyt in the wrong bathroom and it is the end of the world as we know it.  God forbid the gender of an athlete comes into question, it's a global phooking crisis.

It shouldn't be.  Some wing men know how to reciprocate. I had a bud once (when I was single, of course) - he and I used to go out to the bars all the time. For me, he was like bringing along a top marketing executive.  The guy would approach random women and try to pimp me out with his best marketing pitch.  This was great!  My role was to be his excuse to get out from under his girlfriend/fiance at the time. As long as I did the Sergeant Schultz and kept my mouth shut, he was my marketing-agent wing man. 

Now, the guy who looked like Vlad - there was no reciprocity there.  I got him laid, but he had some kind of weird remorse about it. I even took the grenade for him.  The grenade wasn't actually bad looking - she was just paranoid, depressing and then suddenly desperate. "WALK AWAY VERY SLOWLY SO AS NOT TO SET OFF THE LAND MINE...."
