I have always questioned those calculations, regardless of who is POTUS.  Security, local excluded, is handled by salaried Secret Service...no additional cost.  There is already a staff in FL...chefs, housekeeping, etc...probably very little, if any, additional cost.  The crew of AF1 is salaried military...no additional crew related staff.  Just fuel for the planes (more than one is required).  The course and accommodations are owned and staffed.  Command and communications is handled by salaried military...no additional cost.
