Does it matter? I was of the opinion he was nearly brain dead in 2020 and Dems could have done better then.
At least he was able to hire a not completely brain dead MAGAtose Admin like Trumpocalypse and got some shyt done for everyday Americans. Is spite of MAGAnuts hell bent for leather on destruction of any beneficial policy to gain power.
