4)  Made a deal so America is going to have access to 'Rare Earth" elements !
5)  MANDATED free or "Reciprocal Trade" with the WORLD !
6)  Opened the Oil & Nat. Gas spigots in America !   ...and, VERY SOON...
7)  The SWAMP is going to get DRAINED, and the Weaponized Federal Gov . is going to be DONE !!

Why can't your brain figure out every national program is duplicated by a state program. When the national program is removed those working for the federal just move to state level government because population didn't change what each ancestor needs to adapt equally alive since conceived, born, evolved into whatever generation gap they achieved so far living eternally separated by each heartbeat experienced since person conception/ point of origin recorded by flowchart calendar of events completed so far 24/7.
