Why should everyone get 5k. People who make 200k and pay a lot of taxes should get more than someone who makes 40k and pay next to nothing. Have a scale. 1k, 2k, 3k etc. depending on how much tax you payed.

I don't know who they came up with their math. Maybe they were taking a page out of @Blackvegetable 's book of numeracy. 

I'm happy just watching the Pedo=Progs twist in the wind about the $5000 conversation....use it all to repay the US debt.

Paying down the debt strengthens the dollar's worth in the long run.
Handing everyone a large sum of money all at the same time won't have the same long term positive effect.
Ghetto Monkey hub cap sales and marijuana sales would  increase though.
if a large scale rebate is doled out.. I plan on swinging into mass production of Ghetto Monkey hubcaps.

people making 40K (about $700 a week take home) could use the money as much as people making $200K (about $2900 a week take home) … maybe more

America First, billions of dollars in the right hands can make a difference.
