This is my plan to help the San Francisco Homeless. Take every thing, every account, ever penny @Blackvegetable owns, and hand it out to any drug-doper defecating on the streets. If this works, then we can implement it across the board for all Democrats. I even propose making a monument in Washington DC dedicated to those, like Blackvegetable, who were forced to help the homeless in San Francisco.
