This is my plan to help the San Francisco Homeless. Take every thing, every account, ever penny @Blackvegetable owns, and hand it out to any drug-doper defecating on the streets. If this works, then we can implement it across the board for all Democrats. I even propose making a monument in Washington DC dedicated to those, like Blackvegetable, who were forced to help the homeless in San Francisco.

Don't you think we'll be able to at least buy enough Fentanyl for all of San Francisco's street-people? Give me all of the wealth and resources of just one Blackvegetable, and I'll transform all of San Francisco.
