Notice it says illegal and crime.  I believe this aimed at the protestors who were chasing jews around campus, amongst other things.

There are no protections in the Constitution for non-Americans.  The Constitution was made by "We The People" - the rights and protections in the Constitution only apply to U.S. Citizens, "The People" of the United States.  Not to foreign assholes who are over here on student or work visas.  And, certainly not to anyone here illegally or here on expired visas.

So, go get yourself a pocket constitution.  Read it.  Then, go anal-fornicate that swarthy, illegal alien cock you love so much, commie.
