The Evil Woke Witch is dead! Socialist ideas about race, gender, and immigration are under heavy fire by populist Republicans.  Republicans took control of the Federal Government and are gutting out wokeness, with a meat-cleaver. 

But, killing wokeness isn't just being done by Republicans.  Butt-hurt and ******-chafed Democrats are chastened by the sweeping 2024 election landslide. It is already becoming a weird distant memory of "defund the police"; "campus safe spaces"; "we're here, we're queer, we're proud"; "gender confusion"; uni-sex bathrooms; Black reparations; World Aid; topped off with a sleepy senile president. 

In 1995, just 25 percent of Democrats identified as liberal, while 46 called themselves moderate. Twenty years later, a sea change in public opinion had happened: In 2015, 45 percent of Democrats called themselves liberals. Now, 10 years later, only 18% of Democrats want to be known as "liberal". 

Even more alarming for American socialists is the repulsion and disdain the vast majority of Democrats have for a "woke" world view.  When asked, most registered Democrats find more in common with Senator Manchin than with Chuck Schumer.  And, the "Squad" have been outcast as foreign traitors harming the United States.  There are even calls to deport Ilhan Omar for immigration fraud - i.e. marrying her radical brother to get him citizenship.
