Last night while laboring away on a treadmill I watched a TV documentary about what life was like in a Ghana Penitentiary...a max security pen full of ****** serving life sentences.
One of the "most touching" scenes showed a 70 year old Negro Lifer  meeting with his Grandson for the very first time ever.
His Grandson had just been sentenced to serve a life sentence there too     
[they call a life sentence at Ghana Penitentiary "The Full Monkey" ]
To my surprise this place isn't in Africa it's in Ghana Mississippi.....
I enjoyed watching this show so much that when I looked down at the clock on the treadmill I was about 5 minutes past my usual time to quit and go grab a beer....
