When someone other than The Heritage Foundation reports it, I'll give it credibility...just like I would if The Huff & Puff posted something about Trump.

HERITAGE HAS ZERO TO DO WITH IT. THEY EXAMINED ALL THE DOCUMENTS
MANY PRESIDENTS HAVE USED THE AUTO PEN IN THE PAST GOING BACK TO TRUMAN. THE DIFFERENCE BEING, BIDEN WAS MENTALLY IMPAIRED AND MOST LIKELY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT WHAT WAS BEING SIGNED 

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE EINSTEIN TO IDENTIFY EXACT SIGNATURES CREATED BY AN AUTOPEN. 
SECONDLY, HAD YOU SEEN BIDEN PHYSICALLY SIGN ALL162 EXECUTIVE ORDERS?  HE HAD SIGNED A FEW DURING THE FIRST LIVE PRESS MEETING. JOHNSON, IN AN INTERVIEW SAID THE FORMER PRESIDENT BIDEN DID NOT REMEMBER SIGNING AN EXECUTIVE ORDER ON ENERGY EXPORTS.
YOU HAVE SEEN TRUMP SIGN MANY OF HIS.
MOST EVERY DOCUMENT WITH BIDENS SIGNATURE USED THE SAME AUTOPEN SIGNATURE EXCEPT FOR THE ANNOUNCEMENT THAT HE WAS DROPPING OUT OF THE RACE.

NOTHING HERE IS A BIG SURPRISE
