It holds the country hostage......BUT, BECAUSE NOW THAT IT'S TRUMP IN OFFICE, WELL, WE WILL THREATEN A SHUT DOWN BECAUSE AS USUAL, WE LIE AND COMMIT FRAUD, WASTE AND ABUSE AS DEMS WHO HAVE BEEN IN CHARGE 12 OF 16 YEARS. BULL CRAP LIES OUT OF OUR MOUTHS.
