Most of these immigrants come here to avoid economic hardships, political instability, and for better opportunities overall. 

However, America was not always an empire. We weren't always sipping lattes while watching the rest of the world burn. We had an immense amount of poverty. I am referring to back to when settlers first came on our beloved land in the 1600s. The same natural resources that they had then are the same natural resources that South America has no. Raw minerals and energy. I mean...slavery certainly had its economic benefits. However, South America can still capitalize on their resources like America did. 

Utopian Solution that can't work: Teach them how to use their natural resources to create wealth. 

So what's the problem: IQ...or lack thereof. Unfortunately, they don't have the intellectual capacity to usurp corrupt governments and replace it with entrepreneurship and innovation. 

In conclusion, America will continue to be flooded with immigrants.

Yes. That would be a good start. They have some of the world's most abundant raw minerals there. More than we have. America would prefer to keep an eye on that.

How can people with any conscience bring babies into this world that they know they have no chance of adequately supporting without massive handouts from the White Man...?

Exactly. I think it has to do with intelligence. They just aren't smart. They don't think about those things, because it would require forward thinking. They only think about the now.
