On a "Per-Capita" basis Chicago has a population 3 million people.
Milwaukee & Kansas City about Half a Million People but sport murder rates higher 100s which is alotta kilings given their size

Thats the number of Reported Homicides divided by the population a given town.
Chicago has alot but much bigger city on "Per-Capita" basis a lower Murder rate okay.
Milwaukee and Kansas City sport like a 150 homicides per year but much smaller cities like a half a million people so they have higher Murder rates than Chicago on "Per-Capita" basis
