That's because the question is irrelevant due to the fact that TRUMP is not subject to UCMJ laws, so therefore, it does not matter what those laws define. And the only thing that matters is what the decision was by the JURY. TRUMP was not convicted of rape. It's always amazing how everything always happened 20 years ago or more with the democrats.
