Not an auto pen done by a staffer. Biden probably didn't even know about all the pardons he is responsible for. Douce bag deep state liberals just rammed it through. Cancel all the pardons done by auto pen.

UNLESS there is some Executive order actually signed "wet' by Biden, many of those things signed by autopen COULD be challenged and probably reversed. There is no precedent for it I am aware of, but this could set standards.

Politicians have NO ABILITY to do a damn thing!! Perhaps reading the Constitution and discovering that the President holds the power to sign pardons and other documents would be in your best interest to study. Congress has NO AUTHORITY to interfere with anything given to the President WITHIN THAT DOCUMENT!!
He can ask the COURTS to intervene and declare these "pardons" null and void and rule on their legality. But Congress has ZERO authority for that one as well.
I expect a showdown real soon from the DOJ and the use of the autopen that Biden will need to PROVE he authorized its use. Without a WRITTEN ORDER, those pardons are likely going to be TOAST!! And the courts are also likely to agree.
