Not an auto pen done by a staffer. Biden probably didn't even know about all the pardons he is responsible for. Douce bag deep state liberals just rammed it through. Cancel all the pardons done by auto pen.

UNLESS there is some Executive order actually signed "wet' by Biden, many of those things signed by autopen COULD be challenged and probably reversed. There is no precedent for it I am aware of, but this could set standards.

I thought I had read that the person has to be present and give consent. Who knows. I use esigs all the time.
