Uh, *******, it must be used WITH HIS PERMISSION and is a REQUIREMENT in order to use it.
So, produce that PERMISSION as in a SIGNED AUTHORIZATION that is ALSO a requirement. Keeping that authorization is a LAW called the Presidential Records Act, so it should be REAL EASY to produce!!
