The copter [minus explosives] can be built for less than $1000...maybe less than $500.

THEY DO BUT ARE WORTHLESS WITHOUT THE SKILLSET OF THE FEDERATION TROOP SPECIALIST OPERATING THEM.

They have been available as hobby level toys for years now...yet I've never seen any in action.

I'll bet most of the training early on is done with simulators that bounce back from crashes every time.
Handling max pay loads can be simulated too.

Trumpus could simply remove the Little Green Goblin from power and force them to have an election. Trumpus is trying to make deals ie mineral resources and resorts with an illegitimate person of power. Probably why he is prolonging the funding.
  On another note, did you hear Trumpus thinks he’s gonna make a deal with Putin on a resort in Crimea?

Yes sir I did read that in RT.  A story by Seymour Hersh.

I follow events in Crimea as much as I can - such beautiful place.  Putin has poured BILLIONS into Crimea since 2014 after 25 years of Ukraine neglect.
There are already numerous resorts in Crimea.  The most famous on is Mriya Resort and Spa.  But sure, let Trumple build another one.
