He wants to take Greenland to be part of America... to put them under the Umbrella of Americas defense... citizens of the greatest nation on earth, and spend BILLIONS of $$$ to develop Greenlands natural resources, AND, to make them rich in the process... ALL while having the RIGHT to act as a STATE, within the United States... indivisible, and with Justice under the LAW... NOW,  without the USA...
