One of those ladies mentioned special education, she is absolutely ignorant of what the DOE has done to the SPED departments in the realm of Red Tape legal documentation of their services.
Johnny sees a Speech Pathologist for 15 minutes a week due to a speech impediment, that one hour a month can generate 3-10 hours of legally required red tape documentation. Thanks DOE, wasn't this to be about kids instead of the mountain of paperwork?
