"A federal appeals court on Friday cleared the way for Elon Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency to resume their efforts to shut down the U.S. Agency for International Development !!"
"The ruling from a three-judge panel of the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals lifted a lower-court judge’s injunction that had temporarily blocked Musk and DOGE from playing any role in dismantling USAID. The decision comes just as the Trump administration is making a final push to effectively dissolve the agency tasked with administering foreign aid."

More evidence may be unearthed as the lawsuit keeps playing out but for now the record doesn’t support barring DOGE from USAID, he said.If the plaintiffs say that the dismantling of USAID violates the constitutional separation of powers, those claims should be directed at the administration, the appeals court suggested.

The critics are understating the case. DOGE won’t just fall short of Musk’s deficit-reduction goals. It will, in all probability, increase the deficit. Probably by a lot.

This is all coming down from the Atlantic Council - a think tank paid for one thing, and one thing only (same a CATO and Heritage on the other side): producing narratives. The Appeals court got it RIGHT today, and future appeals courts will continue to Support Trump because to rule otherwise would be TAKING POWER AWAY from "We the People", and the Chief Executives that THEY elect... and put it with UN elected Local Liberal Judges, who have NO BUSINESS stopping the President from what he was ELECTED to preside over !!!
