Barr tells 'America's Newsroom' that the federal judge's injunction against the El Salvador flight was 'absurd'... and Discusses and explains why LOWER Level judges CAN NOT usurp Executive power to themselves... AND that are stepping WAY out of their LANES in the U.S. Legal system...

ESSENTIALLY, THAT it is the "Executive" branches RESPONSIBILITY to make determinations about the risk that non-citizens poses to the Safety and Security of Americans... NOT the Judiciary, and ESPECIALLY not a "District" Judge in a district THOUSANDS of miles distant, and over which THEY have NO AUTHORITY !!

BUT, that is what the Liberal Police State has created, and is ENCOURAGING... AND, which the Higher level Courts (and the Supreme Court) are currently silent on... and MUST address SOON !!
