Rog, I enjoyed watching that. That guy is casting his own engine parts and even the engine covers - basically designing a 2-cylinder 1000cc from a single-cylinder design. That's really the kind of stuff I like seeing in motorcycles. A true custom built bike which looks like a factory classic beauty.ROG62 » 02 Apr 2025, 9:37 am » wrote: ↑ I thought this to be a cool story...
the kid's got some serious talent...

I know, right? The guy's a genius considering he was studying architecture...a bit disappointed in the fact that he hasn't started a company and is manufacturing them to sell.. I just love the lines as it reminds me of the old Harley's circa WWII ...Skans » 02 Apr 2025, 3:34 pm » wrote: ↑ Rog, I enjoyed watching that. If I saw one of his motorcycles for sale out in the wild, I'd be hard-pressed not to buy one.ROG62 » 02 Apr 2025, 6:19 pm » wrote: ↑ I know, right? Exactly...but don't worry, with only 12 out there, they're probably unreachable...Skans » 03 Apr 2025, 7:10 am » wrote: ↑ If I saw one of his motorcycles for sale out in the wild, I'd be hard-pressed not to buy one.
I'm sure somehow Leno was able to get the guy to sell him one. Lucky #?$!@^&.ROG62 » 03 Apr 2025, 12:53 pm » wrote: ↑ Exactly...but don't worry, with only 12 out there, they're probably unreachable...

I like the guy! Even more so that he does his Jay's Garage show. Jay just has that same "little kid" enthusiasm that I do toward motorcycles and cars. It's not a show, it's just him showcasing his obsession. I'm just glad he shares this with everyone.
Agreed...a giddy kid in a candy store....Skans » 04 Apr 2025, 12:09 pm » wrote: ↑ I like the guy! Even more so that he does his Jay's Garage show. I'm in the mood to go fast in Dutch style! Flip my nitrous switch, hand on the shifter, lead foot on the pedal, pop the clutch, spin that rubber and lets go!ROG62 » 08 Apr 2025, 9:35 am » wrote: ↑ I suppose it depends upon the mood of desired ride...
I was intrigued by how they only made them one year, but it took 10 to sell them all...
