The amended complaint, which named Fleming and described her as “a male who identifies as transgender and who claims a female identity” — thereby outing her a second time — was a bombshell. It claimed that in practices Fleming’s spikes traveled “upwards of 80 miles per hour,” faster than Slusser “had ever seen a woman hit a volleyball,” thus putting “everyone on the team at risk of serious injury”; and that when Slusser brought these concerns to Kress, he “brushed Brooke off and would not talk further about it.” (The 80-miles-per-hour claim was later removed from the lawsuit after ESPN analyzed video of five of Fleming’s spikes and found that the fastest was estimated to travel 64 miles per hour and the average was 50.6 miles per hour — on the high end, but still within the normal range for women’s college volleyball.) The filing drew the attention of OutKick, Fox News and Megyn Kelly, the prominent conservative podcast host.

Sound familiar?

Yea....the "dramatic brain injury trauma" trauma.

This allegedly principled, religious chick - demanding respect for her faith - casually lied under oath to dramatize her personal trauma.

Then The Stupid Machine went to work mobilizing the brain strangling nematodes.

If you think that exhausts the irony, consider that the witness was the "setter" for the trans athlete in question, who earns her scholarship by positioning the ball to allow her trans teammate to earn a "Kill" (that is the official name for the closely monitored stat). The most effective kill is one that is driven squarely in the face of the opposing setter. Think "spotter/sniper".

This is a suit all about someone doing nothing more than performing within a sport's standard parameters...it has NOTHING to do with "safety", or "women's rights"...it's all about profit and political currency.

None of which would be nearly so profitable but for the vast herd of morans roaming our fruited plains.

Piece of **** coward,

Please refrain from mentioning my daughter, until a time when you have taken such a stand within reach....and hobbled away.

Your bitter pussiness is tiresome enough without your hourly meltdowns.

ArmsLength, you had your shot to be within reach and you pussied out.

I have granddaughters that are athletically active.  I Do not want teen boys or older in their leagues.  Fortunately I live in a state that has common sense.

Do not ever presume to claim you support women and women's rghts.

You weren't asked to meet in Braintree.  Stop lying.

This isn't about me.  It is not about your meltdown over your daughter.  It is about womem being allowed to compete against other women.  Not biological males.

Holy ****. do my eyes deceive me? Mary finally went for a full OP in his own words. No pop quizzes, no Ctrl+V tantrums, no quote-recycling. Just him, a keyboard, and about three gallons of rage-spiked sarcasm. It’s like watching a toddler build a Lego tower—messy, unstable, but hey, we’re proud of the effort.

Bloom’s Taxonomy Evaluation: Let’s walk through your latest OP—yes, the volleyball one—through the lens of Bloom’s Taxonomy. You know, the thing you pretend to understand every time you shout “Level 0.16” at everyone else.

Level 1 – Remembering:
You remembered some names, numbers, and headlines. We’ll give you that. You repeated what the article said—selectively, of course—mostly to fuel your outrage. That technically counts, but just barely.

Level 2 – Understanding:
You didn’t demonstrate any. You didn’t explain the issue in a meaningful way—you just mocked it. No clarification, no connecting ideas, just sarcasm turned up to eleven. It wasn’t understanding. It was a tantrum wearing a thesaurus.

Level 3 – Applying:
Still nope. You didn’t take the situation and apply any frameworks, principles, or meaningful insight. You just applied your rage and layered it with political jabs, conspiracy buzzwords, and “sniper” metaphors about volleyball. That’s not application. That’s deflection disguised as drama.

Levels 4–6 (Analyzing, Evaluating, Creating):
Not even close. There was no comparison of perspectives, no evaluation of arguments, and nothing remotely original created—unless we count the phrase “brain-strangling nematodes”, which, while colorful, does not move the intellectual ball forward.

Final Verdict: Bloom’s Level 1.5

You recalled some facts, then launched into a theatrical meltdown with zero critical engagement. It was a rant, not a reasoned take. You didn’t analyze—you antagonize

My last message contained to many characters, so i wasn't able to post my question that you will dodge: Bonus question for Mary (which he won’t answer, so let's call it dodge #118:
If this lawsuit is just political currency, and safety concerns are entirely fake, then how should actual concerns about fairness or injury in sports be addressed—without the media frenzy or political weaponization?
Let us know once you're done uploading more volleyball sniper metaphors to YouTube.

If you really did have a daughter...especially one who was an athlete...you would be dead set against forcing her to compete against men and also having her forced to share a locker room with men.

Payton McNabb's dreams of becoming a college athlete were shattered at the age of 17 after a volleyball incident involving a transgender opponent left her with life-altering injuries. Now 19, she shared her journey in the documentary, ‘Kill Shot: How Payton McNabb Turned Tragedy Into Triumph,' to raise awareness and prevent similar incidents.

anatomy of stupid is greater than a person ignoring self evident life. Leaderships promising artificial tomorrows is no worse than fellowships defending the ideas now isn't the time genetic outcomes leaves every ancestor eternally separated when adapting in space today.

Simple right and wrong ways to explain adapting in real time alive. Human rights issues, greater good scenarios, better tomorrows than ancestral lineages achieved life so far, which side rule all others adopting a social narrative life exceeds time evolving equally here now.

What happened to Payton McNabb was preventable last 7,000 years not just her circumstance.

I navigate the bigger picture of life instinctively, not by social consensus of 1,064 separate ideologies 7 days a week lifetimes exceed time adapting forward one at a time now.

Never a tomorrow that has occurred yet on any 7 days a week people obey as gospel and rule of law by context or math.

Dighton-Rehoboth's superintendent wants changes after a girl on the high school's field hockey team was hit in the mouth by shot from a boy playing for Swampscott.

DIGHTON – Dighton-Rehoboth's superintendent wants changes after a girl on the high school's field hockey team was hit in the mouth by shot from a boy playing for Swampscott. It happened during the third quarter of a playoff game Thursday that Swampscott went on to win, 2-0.
Dighton-Rehoboth superintendent Bill Runey said the girl suffered "significant facial and dental injuries" and ended up in the hospital.
The MIAA allows boys to play on girls' teams under the Massachusetts Equal Rights Amendment when there is not an equivalent team for boys.
"However, seeing the horror in the eyes of our players and coaches upon greeting their bus [Thursday] night is evidence to me that there has to be a renewed approach by the MIAA to protect the safety of our athletes," Runey said about the incident, which he said "dramatically magnifies the concerns of many about player safety."

I haven't heard that one.  I do hear of men destroying women's times and records in track and swimming as well as physically dominating sports like volleyball and field hockey.
