Back in the day a family would split up.

One move Chicago another Detroit, Milwaukee, St Paul and so on.

Now all would use the "relatives" adress that city or state.

Get it going good enough back in the day ya could be collecting Welfare outta half a dozen states the same time and sell crack baggies on the side too for pocket money

Using up money fraudulently is one thing, but getting more people to do this type of **** creates a generational problem. Whole families of oxygen thieves...

Hard to care what happens to human debris like that. **** 'em all.

Computers were not as good back then much the forms still filled out on paper back in the day.

Individual State only cross/match their own  records.

Today forget it I was talking like back in the 1980s/1990s used to still get away with that kinda stuff.

 Although if they "Caught ya" was a Felony "Fraud" Charge and Jail Time back then too

Maybe that one type of BS is shut down but there is still generational welfare out there.

I got outta prison put me in a halfway house in the Crack Ghetto of all places.

Nonetheless I got part time at a grocery store and another part time a Telemarketing Office 

was broke as a joke too but working 2 crappy jobs was still better than sitting in State Prison.

Eventually I worked my way up to a CDL  "Truck Driver"
