Former Rep. George Santos sentenced to 87 months for federal fraud charges
"The sentencing marks a downfall for the former New York Republican congressman who pleaded guilty in August. At the time, he was also ordered to pay restitution of $373,000 as part of an agreement."
(I typed that last bit because I wanted to make sure everyone remembers that he is a Republican. I think his lawyer misrepresented him. He is an obvious pathological liar. He can't help himself.)

Frankly, the addition of George Santos to the 534 other legislators probably raises their average decency.
