So, there are now a bunch of youtube videos showing where nearly 50% of Chinese factories and small businesses are shut down.  Suddenly, millions of  young Chinese are out of work, presumably as a result of America's Trade War. 

The truth is that Xi Jinping is such a liar, a cheater, a thief, and a tyrant, that I don't see how we can actually go back to importing things from China.  He's not going to change.  He's not ever going to allow a level playing field.  His own people would have to put his head on a pole and march it through downtown Beijing before the Chinese even think of taking corrective action.

Is there anyone out there that actually thinks Xi Jinping will "get reasonable" and be able to work out a deal with the Trump team?  I'm doubtful at this point, but curious as to what others have to say a "deal" could work with China.

I think Xi Jinping would (and may even be planning) assassinate President Trump because China is in a ****-storm of pain right now.  Pain that is not likely to subside any time soon.  Pain that is already driving young people to want to chop off Xi's head and put it on a stick.  Pain that causes Oligarchs, yes, REAL Chinese Oligarchs to want to stomp Xi out of existence right now.

What has Donald J. Trump done to China, you may ask"
1.  He initiated a severe trade war against China..."Chy Nah", not some ****-for-looks trade war, but one like we've never seen before.
2.  He has exposed just how weak China is in comparison to the US's economy.
3.  He has put every single plan of Xi Jinping's plan for world domination and the destruction of American on hold.
4.  He has awakened the Chinese People to the fact that Xi Jinping is not invincible, infallible; but has exposed him as a Stupid Man who has overplayed his hand for way too long, thinking he would go unchallenged.
5.  But, most of all, Trump has exposed the CHINESE PEOPLE for the liars, cheats and filthy scum with absolutely NO HONOR OR MORALS, that they have become under Communist Rule.

The Japanese knew the Chinese best.  They invented a word just for the Chinese: Akaname 垢嘗.  The term means "scum-licker" or "filth-licker". Since the 1600's, the Japanese refer to the honorless Chinese as Akaname, a race of people who are only worthy of licking the filth and scum that collect in bathtubs and bathrooms. I will defer to the Japanese - - they know their neighbors best.

Oh, Donald Trump is brilliant for taking this trade war right to the heart of China.  You have no clue what is going on inside of China right now.  Their factories, stores, malls, nearly everything has come to a screeching halt. Shut down.  Closed.  Out of business.  People scraping by to sell home grown food at over-priced street markets. Angry Protests. Starvation is soon to come.  Then, full-blown riots and looting.  All of the goodness of 100 Nuclear Warheads exploding, without even firing a violent shot. 

You are too blind, too dumb to even know the devastation Trump has inflicted on China.  Xi Jinping is silent right now - like a deer caught in America's 9000 Gigawatt Laser Beam.  Too scared to make a move.  Too flabbergasted to understand what has just happened to his country.  Too stymied by his own party to open his filthy mouth without receiving direct orders from the Party.  It's the Party operatives who have reached out to Trump to try and make a deal, not Xi Jinping.  They are end-running the fat Poo Bear, and Poo don't know what to doo!

I would bet by now, the CCP has stepped in and is bypassing Xi in negotiating with Trump.  So, while it may be true that Xi is not negotiating, the CCP which owns Xi Jinping, is sure-as-**** negotiating. Some fools on this board do not understand that Xi is not the equivalent of Trump - not intellectually, financially, and lacking the immense political power a US President actually has. 那些肮脏的美国人不尊重我！

Hey, Xi Jinping, I have a job for you laying railroad tracks in Nebraska.  It pays $1.25/day and whippings are limited to 3x/week.  But, at least you're countrymen won't be playing soccer with your head in the streets of Beijing.
