California Democrats legalize solicitation of minors, by adults... USING the reasoning that it was because 18 &19 year olds should not be penalized ? BUT, in WHAT WORLD do California Democrats live, where 18 & 19 year old are gong to PAY 16 & 17 year olds for SEX????
MUCH more likely, this law will also ABSOLVE 30, 40, & 50+ year olds, who can AFFORD to solicit teens for sex... AND what's much MORE likely... will ABSOLVE SEX Traffickers when THEY are the middle man in SEX trafficking & deals, and ABUSING 16 &17 years old KIDS in the process !!
IS THIS why the Democrat Party is ALL IN for helping MS-13 and other GANGS... who are KNOWN to do this EXACT THING? ...and, it's not a big LEAP form there, to surmise that California Democrats are being PAID in order to pass these WRONG HEADED laws... in ONE WAY or another, SOMETHING is WRONG here !!!

AMERICA, and AMERICANS, NEED to WAKE up… There is NOTHING “Democratic” about the CURRENT American “Democrat Party”! THEY are more an amalgamation of Totalitarian Marxists, Socialists, Communists, and Globalists… who are BENT on TAKING, and then KEEPING power... & where ultimately the American PEOPLE will have NO SAY AT ALL in how we are GOVERNED... and our "Democracy" will be DEAD!!

What they DID do was to block raising it to a felony. They didn't legalize it. They just refused to truly criminalize it.
No bill passed. A bill TRYING to get harsher penalties FAILED to pass.
