However, you and I both know that the Democrats will be back. That it is not likely that any Republican candidate will take the next presidential election in any kind of landslide. When the Democrats come back (because Republicans lack what it takes to bury them), they will be stronger.  They will have culled the weak and have fed the stronger among them.  I fear we will not be ready for this.

They are like trying to cut soggy grassy weeds with an electric powered weedeater.  There's too many of these wet noodles, and they just get all tangled up in your weedeater's head.  After slopping around in their swampy soup, removing thousands of them while clearing your weedeater every few minutes, you eventually run out of battery power. 

Then, you take out the nuclear option.  Look to your left.  Look to your right.  Look down the road.  Look to see if your wife is watching.  Then, you load your pump sprayer with Diesel fuel and spray the entire field of sopping, wet, annoying weedeater clogging weeds.  Then, you think to yourself, "I know they will eventually die, but why not just light it all up"?  You pull that plastic lighter out.....flick......flick.  No, you're not really going to do that.....flick......flick, OH SNAP! Maybe... but there is another line of thinking here... and that's that the Democrats have GONE NUTS !  NO LONGER are they the party of the Working class, the Middle Class, Minorities, OR the YOUTH... and forget about Whites and Men which they lost YEARS ago... Today, they seem to be the Party of the rich & privileged (because they are corrupt), the DEI & WOKE crowd, and the illegal immigrants... I'm not sure that THAT is the basis of ANY type of sustainable majority...

NOT TO MENTION that they have lost BILLIONS of $$$ in Deep State CORRUPTION funds that FOR YEARS they have relied on to BURY Republicans during elections... and which DOGE has uncovered and stopped... AND which is NOT YET Complete !!

Voters have short memories.  The Carville Democrats not only know this but are quite adept at inventing "new issues" and sweeping all of the stuff you point to under the rug.  Carville, even as an old man, is way smarter than Hogg or AOC.  The good thing is there isn't another Carville out there and he knows his time is coming to an abrupt end. But, there are still the Debbie Wasserman-Schultz's out there, just licking their chops salivating over a time when Republicans will trample all over their own dicks.
