Shouldn't we make Americans smart and not the world. Let US citizens have first choice not foreigners. Example: Let Americans qualify with lower GPA rather than a higher GPA foreign student. These colleges are all about money. They get more from foreigners then citizens. Greed will kill us.  Make America Smart Again.

Every seat in a class room, or place in line for a tax payer funded program  that some  "diversity first"  corrupted institution hands to a foreigner ..is one less chance for a US Citizen to reap the benefits that their forefathers struggled to earn for them.
