Joe Biden humiliated himself. If he was semi-conscious at the end of his first incoherent term, it was his choice to run for a second term. If he was not in control of his faculties and someone else told him to run, he should have stepped back instead of allowing himself to be pushed around.
His single term in office will have negative consequence for this country for decades to come.
Immigration fiasco aside (important and terrible as that is), his term was a demonstration of how "advisors", unseen and personally unaccountable, steer the ship. The VP was unable to step up because she is as confused as a dementia patient herself.
We are lucky even worse situations didn't develop in the world. The current **** was bad enough.
