During one of Jon Stewart's shows, he has an expert go thru the Joe Biden process for implementing "Changes" to the American Government and Process... and REALIZES, it's NOT designed to "Make America GREAT"... OR to "Make America BETTER"... but to RIP America, and the American TAXPAYER, OFF !!
