Remember years ago people used talk 2 eachother hang out.

Today they on that phone just tapping a freaking screenpad.

When ya do get a chance speak with them they dont rembember ask em a question oh Im sorry playing with my phone

The Big Tech in "Silicon Valley" they own ya people too ya their little "B-Word" too 

And Crooked "Corrupt" Government are paid off wont bring em back inline neither.

So today people abuncha drones spend half their waking hours on a computer or phone screen too

People are so addicted to their phones that they look like something out of a Science Fiction movie when you see them walking around town staring and tapping into their Electronic Baby Sitters.

Heaven forbid if you tell them to put the **** thing down for a while.
I have a very good friend who I meet at a park and we sit, have coffee, chat.

If there's a pause, a quiet moment, we don't feel the urge to "do something"...
...like pick up a **** cell phone to check on our real lives.

I grilled out backyard nice pork chops all mairinated even baked potatoes & sour cream 

I wanted everbody just sit down lets enjoy a meal toghether.

They wouldnt put their freaking phones down.

I got all upset walked up to the bar.

Then afew hours later I went home

She said ya been drinking aint letting ya in the house Ill call the cops.

First Off this is "My Property" I hold the deed too.

Secondly if ya call the COPS youre the one who is acting all "Crazy" theyll take you 2 Jail.

She told me Screw Off I went gotta Motel afew nights.

Then she called me I wouldnt answer my phone either.

Finally afew days later I bought her flowers "Carnations" knocked on my own door too.

But at that time thats how we kept "Civil" nobody hadda go 2 Jail over it.

Now my father beat my mother half into a coma put her in Hospital afew days too.

I get a motel room afew nights I just walk away

Alot easier than all that mess too

Hes my DAD I had no choice under that matter just the way it was okay
