We also need change "Codified" Laws maybe the "Constitution" as well perhaps too

They a "Cancer" a "Plague" upon our "Society" too.

The only thingy most of them people even  "Understand" is a Round thru their "Eyeballs" or a 'Prison Cell"

In the State Of Wisconsin Department Of Corrections most "Racist" Prison System entire USA

Roughly 65/70 percent them "BLACK"

And they came from a handfull of "Area Codes" like Milwaukee or Kenosha/Racine Counties too

Back in 2000 Madison passed "Truth In Sentancing"

Thats means ya do 85% percent ya time in State Prison "Period" too

But The STATE never put funding 2 build "New Prisons" with that legislation

Now anybody "Old Laws" the Mandatory Release Date and 25 percent ya time a "Parole Hearing"

They going thru all the prisons now let all them back out so make new space for "New" Convictions

And this was a Disaster too

Let em out the Crime Rate and Homicides "Skyrocketed" too

This is not the first time in America's history that we've seen legislatures nigrified. 

Under reconstruction, the feds simply appointed yeehaws in some southern legislatures- to punish them.

This is one of the infamies that gave birth to the klan. .

IF not I hope ya family takes "COLLECT" Calls

Now under "Arrest" at the Police Station or Sherrifs Department they gotta hand ya the phone let ya try make a phone call thats the "LAW" too

Inside Jail or Prison those Old Payphones.

Now ya could buy phone cards or its "Collect Calls" from an "Inmate" a "Correctional" Institution
