I actually had a dystopian nightmare about this once that actually might unironically prophesize the bleak future.Basically, billionaires will end up controlling all forms of production, and will buy nearly all land.

The remaining land will be where all the peasants will be which will act like some sort of unstable and chaotic homeless shelter or refugee camp.If someone tries to leave the camp? An AI killbot will neutralize the serf the moment they walk out of bounds.
