Trump is taking a wrecking ball to the separation of powers

https://thehill.com/opinion/5316753-mea ... of-powers/

Any assault on the separation of powers should concern all Americans — especially conservatives, who have in the past railed against the augmentation of executive branch power.  Although reducing the deficit is certainly a reasonable goal, the slapdash, sledgehammer cuts to existing programs as outlined in executive orders or specified by DOGE and implemented by administration officials without congressional approval, are certain to harm many, many people in the U.S. and abroad.

You know the difference between Separation of Powers, Standard Operating Procedures, and Separation of Population?

The only rights Illegal Alien Invaders should have are already covered by the Geneva Convention.
They deserve to be treated like Prisoners of War and nothing more.
Their employers deserve to be treated just like war time traitors.
If you support the deliberate invasion of tens of millions of future Democrat Party voters for life  you are the greatest threat to our democracy and to our quality of life.

To what separation of power do you refer?

The American people were ordered by presidential fiat to let men into their wives' and daughters' showers, sports, prison cells, batter-shelters, and other safe spaces. Our jobs were put at risk if we "misgendered" insane men.

You seem to be concerned that we are entering a period of raw exacutive power - essentially, a dictatorship. It's nice that you are concerned about this, but your timing is suspect. It seems dictatorship is not your concern, but rather, the passing of the Ring of Power from the fruits you like to the queers you hate.

For that matter, is a dictatorship by the judiciary any less odious? The American people voted against gay marriage. Even liberal California rejected it in a statewide referendum. The people had spoken, and the courts intervened. Gay marriage was forced upon the people by judicial fiat - a fiat which was based on "finding" the "right" in the same Constitution which apparently does NOT protect guns, on accounta how vague the term "shall not be infringed" is.

You are not ringing a principled alarm bell. You are concerned that your team isn't calling the shots - that your dictatorship has lost control.

I just hope we don't end up like North Korea where Dear Leader Kim Jong Looney Tunes says "Phook the Cake! Let them eat Grass"

So you want a king..  OK..

This country was founded on getting out of that kind of power structure.  But It's understood that MAGA would prefer sticks and stones government like the Neanderthals.  The simpler the better.  Some of us don't want humanity to go backwards. Your paths forward are not good for a lot of phoolks. If you ain't white you ain't right... right?  And God Damn you if you don't think God is white bearded benevolent dude in the sky.

Aileen Cannon invalidated the Special Counsel from her bench in South Florida.

Had she refrained, Grifty would be down two felony strikes awaiting Georgia

Everything is Trump with you, I was referring to their interference with ICE operations concerning illegal criminals that have infiltrated our country.
Your buddy Jack is an agenda driven clown that is likely to see the inside of a jail cell soon.....he can bunk with Comey and cry together all night long.

Since when does it take a King to declare war against Illegal Invaders from foreign lands...?
All it takes is an act of Congress.

Should  we need to declare war to deport Illegal Aliens who have  no proof of US Citizenship...?
Nope.
Only some Illegal Alien loving POS traitor would think so.
You are a traitor to every middle class wage earner who shouldn't have to compete against Illegal Aliens willing to work for poverty wages and zero benefits.
Currently the Union Trades are all that's left of blue collar careers that come with pensions, good benefits and good pay
Illegal Aliens have done great harm to Union market share which currently stands at only 10 percent.
At the peak of middle class prosperity Unions made up 35% of the skilled labor work force.
Please do all of my fellow US Skilled Labor Brothers and Sisters a favor and gargle with some 12 gauge buck shot..... :)
