As of now, Medicaid pays that. Which yes, is your tax dollars. However, Medicaid drives down costs of insurance premiums. So if Medicaid is cut, then you will have to pay higher premiums because hospitals still have to take care of these patients. The hospitals will drive up costs across the board to make up the lost revenue from Medicaid. Your insurance will pay that...which means you will pay more. The cost of our taxes on it is far less than what our insurance premiums will end up being.

That's the hospital's choice.  They are not forced to provide services to those who don't pay.

The Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA) requires hospitals participating in Medicare to provide a medical screening examination to anyone requesting it, and to stabilize any emergency medical condition discovered.

You specific national but omit local, city, county, state, global parallel taxes on the same personal income and paying in sales taxes after income taxes.

Also, they get reimbursed through a Medicaid program to the extent the patient is not insured or the medical services are not coverd.
