The crack-addict was doing 50mph through a neighborhood. He was probably evading the cop until he got to his property too. The cop had ever right to enter his driveway when he finally stopped him. The cop was doing his job and acting professionally. Once crack-head opened his crack-pipe lips, the cop should have pumped 15 rounds into his chest and then called the county coroner to pick him up. Impound the car. But, heck, the neighborhood would have been better off if he just pumped some lead into the angry addict.
