 The Navy has directed the destroyer Thomas Hudner, which is capable of defending against ballistic missiles, to begin sailing from the western Mediterranean Sea toward the eastern Mediterranean and has directed a second destroyer to begin moving forward so it can be available if requested by the White House.

It's much deeper than that - they don't have any of their top leaders.  And, Mossad knows those in the IRGC who might be willing to take control of the military and country at the right time. That's really what's going on. They already have the exiled crown prince tee'd up and ready to go.

But, let's say that the IRGC still has enough leaders, communication and desire to continue a war against Israel. It still has lots of ballistic missiles it can launch.  It has enough enriched uranium to quickly make thousands of dirty bombs, if it hasn't already done so. It has operatives inside of the US that can attempt assassinations on state and federal legislators.  But, beyond that, I think their resources and reach is quite limited by now.
