Breyer's Decision was reversed within a few hours and The National Guard will remain Federalized until a hamburger on Tuesday to debate the question again by a  Ninth Circuit Circle Jerk of 3 Dudes..

I was so looking forward to the Showdown at the Okie Dokie Corral at Noon.

It was a stunning decision by Breyer to hand command back to Newsome of the  National Guard. Newsome has a valid point that they got pulled off border security to spin the shark tank into a frenzied feeding mode...

I guess the judges gotta ride the windmill in the hurricane like everyone else on this Trumpway to Hell.
