My first guess is because they no longer have to.  *** flags are no longer popular, so they don't display them.

My second guess is that the ***-Flag Extortionists have gone into hiding.  That's right, if a business didn't have a ***-Flag, the *** and Dykes would stand in front of their business and scream LOVE-IS LOVE; HOMOPHOBIA IS HATE.  Until they not only displayed the ***-Flag, but BOUGHT a bunch of ***-Flags from their organization.  

Is that EXTORTION?  Is it RACKETEERING?  Would Kash Patel round these people up and throw them in prison?  I think the word is out..........for now.
