You can't hide behind a threat to compare me to bv.

You see something in some uber-jewish INTERPRETATION of the war powers act which updates and improves upon the Constitution - and not because I say so. That is a fact that YOU have promulgated. Not I. I never suggested that the power to declare war - and bombing a sovereign nation IS a declaration of war, just ask the **** Japanese or the Spanish or the North Vietnamese - rests with the president. You did. Because of some unargued, unlinked jewy pseudo-intellectualism around the war powers act. 

The Constitution is the one what brung me - I'm dancing with it. You're dancing all by your lonesome with some wordy words between the devil and the deep blue sea.

No, I did not.  The War Powers Act means the president has to alert get with congress within 48 hours.  I have no problem with that.

So as long as he lets the Congress know that he declared war with 48 hours of doing so, the Constitution is not violated and we still have a democratic republic.

No, he can’t Declare war.  He can take action to eliminate a threat.

I have to ask you in all seriousness, who do you think you are lying to? Is it to me? Or is it to yourself?

Bombing another country can be called anything you want to call it. Mayonaissing the sandwich. Abrogating the door switch. Feeding the petunia. Or even "eliminating a threat." But it is still a de facto declaration of war on the country that you bomb. Ask the japanese - I'm not just making this stuff up.

Here, be a big boy and pretend that Iran bombed the US. Would THAT be a declaration of war? Remember - big boy. Give me the bog boy answer. 

Now, I am going to have to insist you come clean and tell me whether all of this silliness is a coming out or a dress rehearsal. Because nothing could possibly be more sandwich-making gay than for a grown **** man to sit here like a fat housewife who watches too much teevee, trying to quibble a goddamned country bombing into Constitutionality by jewily parsing the bombing into a box he calls "eliminating a threat" and then pointing to a resolution which flowed FROM the Constitution and can therefore not result in its abrogation.
