I don't know..  Rand Paul is from KY MAGA Jellybrain phish land.  He seems to have maintained enough of his critical thinking skills that he stands committed to not raising the debt cieling 5 Trillion Dollars. 
It's interesting there is at least one more critical thinker in Kentucky.

The Republicans need to hold onto a blade of grass and hope the Earth don't fall off of it.. There are a few who seem to grasp that,.
