Long overdue action by the DOJ. District Courts have been overreaching for months, presuming to dictate national security and immigration issues which are clearly outside of the Court's jurisdiction. I hope SCOTUS makes quick work of this and writes a broad enough decision that it stops ALL District Court Judges in their tracks.
