And FLORIDIANS are ecstatic over the move!!
In his flight back from Allgator Alcatraz, President Trump announced to day that the Statue of Liberty would be moved to a new location.
"We'll find a port in Florida where the people there will actually live the principles of what it stands for. Seeing how New York is trying to go hard Communist with Mandani, we are going to make sure that even the symbol of the Ameircan dream is put someplace where people appreciate what it stands for. No other place than Freedom Florida would work".

With today's political climate, sadly, there would be many that would cheer the destruction.
It's what happens when all the left has is HATE and BILE towards their opposition. They see the right as their ENEMY, not Americans who have different ideas that actually work. So, they are going to do whatever it takes to DESTROY them.
In return, it makes people on the right want to kick their delinquent asses, so if either got hit, no one would give 2 **** since karma was in play.

Each unit is assigned 1.25 acres for tax purposes, hence Condex rather than condominium.
My unit includes a seperate acre...it is non confirming, so the tax bill is $38/yr.
I run the Association.
