Each unit is assigned 1.25 acres for tax purposes, hence Condex rather than condominium.

My unit includes a seperate acre...it is non confirming, so the tax bill is $38/yr.

The reason it went it went in one day is the lack of housing NH. Particularly new builds, a lot due to zoning restrictions.  You take the same home and with roughly the same view, move down here, and it goes for a lot less and takes longer.
