It will. I don't know. We will just have to adjust. It's not uncommon that humanity invents a tech advancement that we aren't ready for. The internet came about, and it took over like a hurricane. A lot of danger came from it. However, we eventually adjusted. Then social media came about and did the same. A lot of danger came from it. We adjusted. The same will be with AI. We can expect a lot of harm to come, but we will adjust.

There are many more. These cuts will lead to a higher cost of living which will negate any benefits from their tax cuts. 

This is a perfect example of how phrasing words matter. They say that these programs are not being eliminated, therefore the criticisms are invalid. True, they are not being eliminated. However, their funding is being significantly decreased. That last part they don't want to talk about.
