2 way stop signs are "understood" you with stop sign sit until its clear to make youre move & main drag has "Right Of Way" pretty simple
4-Way Stops everybody just stacks up and stares at eachother & the "You Go" no wave you go..then 2 3 try go same time
If theres enough traffic justify a 4 way Stop Sign probably enough put up a traffic signal and sensors to run the lights or will be more than enough another decade

Left Turn Cycles at busy intersections.
Most places have the left turn signals installed already and all rebuilt intersections with new stop-lights do.
Still not running the cycles properly many barely give 2/3 cars enough time clear the intersection then a dozen stack up in the turn lane flowing back into traffic lanes.
From 9 to 6 double even triple that left turn arrow cycle clear out these busy intersections help traffic move better and safer .

Or ya can be that guy or gal on the phone last second burn your tires thru that left turn leaving everybody else stranded because ya were playing with ya phone not paying attentiin
