Gates is worth around 120 billion, depending on the source. He has given away 100 billion to his foundation. Over his lifetime, he has given over 100% of his wealth to charity. This is significantly higher than Musk and Bezos. 

In short: 

• Gates - over 100%
• Musk - less than 1%
• Bezos - 1% to 2%

However, Gates tends to support causes that he invests in. Vaccines, NGOs, agriculture..etc...He has been criticized for using his foundation as one huge tax shelter. Is the guy truly benevolent or just another snake? 
 

Bezos's ex-wife has given 53% of her wealth away to charity. She got a nice divorce settlement. I always thought her as breathtakingly beautiful. I don't know what happened behind the scenes between her and Jeff, but I do know that Jeff's current wife is much less attractive.
