Which level of governance of the people, by the people in charge of tomorrow, for the people controlled today, through local property taxes since dawn of civilization created the concept humans owe humanity an eternal debt of gratitude to live free in reasonable doubt life isn't self evident time equally adapting in space since conceived now?

West coast has relatively low PTs (likely because progressivism combined with NIMBYism run rampant)

Just gotta wait for the market to crash

Taxes are paid by the renter to cover the costs by the property owner and any potential damages created by the renter.

Wrong. The renter pays the owner. The owner pays all taxes. Taxes don't cover any damages by a renter.  FACT

Are you unaware of the fact that a landlord will almost always raise the rent on an apartment when he gets an increase in his property taxes?

The increase is supposedly based on an increase in taxable value.
Over the years my house went up in value, I pay more now than five years ago.
I don't see what the issue is...

Oh, of course!  And I did! 
I'd been a landlord for many years in both NJ and PA, and almost every time I received a property tax increase, that was the signal to me that it was time to raise the rent.
