Even the Other Libs Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s solo dissents directing sharp words at the Supreme Court’s majority may indicate she’s veering further left than even the other Democrat-appointed justices.

This is a wonderful example of why DEI is a failure. Anytime you place someone in a position of authority based on any criteria other than being the most intelligent and most qualified candidate. The result will always be "less" than what the better candidate would have demonstrated. Meritocracy is the only way to truly place the best person in any important position.
